I also was fascinated from Sensais on line ONE MONTH trial using their free number-risk-return policy! Therefore, I requested my one month package. But, unfortuately for me personally, my Sensa package came 1 week after I had been identified as having Breastcancer. I had been so busy having visits with doctors, oncologists, hematologists and light. Used to donot start my package whatsoever. After I talked with my Oncologist, she mentioned that I really could NOT make use of the Sensa item. Therefore, I simply place the unopened Sensa container in my own wardrobe. Soon after my next surgery, I started "calling" and "e mailing" Sensa. Nevertheless, NO BODY has delivered any type of conversation in my experience. I eventually got through to some consultant (who talked broken language) and after I talked my problem AND my analysis - SHE HUNG ON ME!!! I've been totally frustated. There's No Real "Return Procedure" as you are able to access about the Sensa site. I understand, I'am still searching. Therefore again, about thirty days later... ANOTHER container came in my own mail as well as I had been billed one more $89.95 on my Charge Card! I instantly exposed this container and also to my shock the Bill claims that I'll get still another shipping of Sensa within the forthcoming thirty days. Can not anybody available help me. I have delivered so many emails for them!!! Is my only choice to stop my charge card, to ensure that Sensa cannot bill me?
