Their customer service is very incomptent. I had to call several times in 2 weeks to find the status of my claim. Finally I asked them to cancel my subscription. Then they came back and updated the status indicated it is not covered under warranty (what a surprise!). If they knew it was not covered under warranty, why did they assign it to a contractor and cost me $60 and also made me call them 10 times just to find the status of my ticket.
