Unlawfully abandoned his clients' confidential loan files

Quentin Caruana failed to protect the privacy of his clients' loan documents
by abandoning them & not ensuring that the confidential information was
destroyed by certified means. He skipped out on his debts and the public
should be aware of his lack of responsibility. He has operated several
companies - all of which have gone out of business.
