Dont know what there doing

I've been likely to the exact same lady called Arlene at H&RBlock for 10 years she explained jan31st 2011 after I had my taxes completed I'd have my condition from the end-of the week and national the week next 3 months later today I've nothing today each week i contact her she claims ooo in a few days oooo in a few days without a doubt ooooo ok okay in a few days needs to be I've never waited longer than the usual week for my fees she's not educational at-all WOn't ever return to H&R Block again and Not to her again thanks alot Arlene thanks for nothing
