WTSeu enables merchants to accept Visa and Mastercard cards. However, their service is NOT what they claim it to be, and if you close your account with them, they will steal the balance of your money if it happens to be less than $1,000
We signed up for WTSeu's service in January. We were aware of the condition that their minimum payout was $1,000. Any right-thinking person would understand this to mean that you needed to have $1,000 balance in your account before they would make any payment. We were NOT aware that it meant that, upon terminating the agreement, they would RETAIN any balance below $1,000 - effectively simply stealing our money.
That is THEIR translation of the terms that we believe should be made clear.
We are NOT naive, but we cannot imagine anybody signing an agreement that made clear that, upon termination, your money would not be paid. Add this to the fact that their service is amateurish and not at all user-friendly, and we believe that WTSeu's website claims are, in fact, a SCAM.
WTSeu.com is an eTicket Services business of Easy PPS IOM Limited registered at 33-37 Athol Street, Douglas, IM1 1LB, Isle of Man. This is no more than a tax dodge to avoid proper taxation in USA. That address is occupied by professional company-registration agents and no business is transacted from there.
Their physical address is Web Transaction Services Inc, 7004 Bee Caves Road, Bldg. 3, Suite 310, Austin, Texas 78746. We are also advising the regulatory authorities in USA of this company's offshore (tax avoidance) presence.
WTSeu.com also control the web sites at WTSbill.com and WTShelp.com. They also trade under ACHdebit.com and use email addresses from the domain achbill.com If it is too late, and you have already had your money stolen by WTSeu, you can do as we are now doing and lodging an official complaint to the Isle of Man Financial Services Commission. Im/oft/ombudsman / The Commission will investigate any complaint that gives rise to material regulatory issues, or a matter which raises doubts about the fitness and propriety of the licence-holder or its managers... As is the case with WTSeu.com
If you are looking for online merchant services, do NOT use WTSeu or, further down the road, you will lose any balance in your account
