Bank of America Home Loan
Where is the money going?

In 2007 we shut financing with Taylor Bean & Whitaker, we were necessary to escrow the insurance and property taxes in to the mortgage and was handed a cost of $618.00. Which was good the fees have been taken care of 07' and 08' although not to the understanding til today.in regards to a year after we got our mortgage, Lender of America purchased. Then we got a statement for $750 saying we were brief within our escrow quantity also it needed to be composed, therefore after spending that statement we decided to a $652.00 cost per month to create up the scarcity. We've completed that for around 1.5 decades today and in the to begin 2011 our January bill was as much as $667.00. I called again why it went up again. You know what,? We were brief within our escrow sum AGAIN! How did that occur? They stated that our fees were significantly more than they believed once they offered us the mortgage in 07' and they had gone up. I named our duty division and asked concerning the prior decades fees and also the quantities... Thats after I discovered that 07' and 08' have been compensated from the vendors... But remember we've been spending money on fees because we got the mortgage in 07' which our fees haven't gone up. And the quantity that people are spending is what's displaying about the statement that it's said to be... So my large issue is where's our cash heading? And who do I have to contact to obtain our cost back towards the initial quantity of $618.? Any recommendations could be greatly appreciated... [email protected]
