We obtained a notice declaring an escrow bill could be positioned on our mortgage when the fees weren't compensated.in those days we settled our fees. After I approached ASC, they mentioned they settled the fees likewise. After I approached the region assessor’s workplace, no overpayment was documented. I published a notice along side evidence of duty cost to ASC seeking the escrow account to be eliminated. I delivered this plus a home cost that was banked; ASC customer support stated they never received the notice. Dec we settled the very first payment of our 2008 home taxes promptly. After I approached ASC they stated they settled them Nov 27. Again after I approached the region assessor’s workplace, no overpayment was documented. The camera mentioned the only real cost that documented was one compensated with a credit card (mine) and questioned the mortgage company-paid by creditcard. I approached ASC and required a conformation quantity showing they settled the fees. I obtained a notice declaring they settled my fees but no conformation range.
