Ripoff Notice charged not verified on my account statement. Called 800 number and was told I was approved for $6000 credit for on-line products for a fee of $! 49.95

Charged $149.95 without confirming or informing such
stated that I can order online products from stores such as circuit city, best buys, sears, etc. Gave $6000- credit line and said card was shipped out but haven't received it and cannot find website
