Alliance Asset Management & Cash Cure fraudulent, rude, harassing, threatening, sneaky, crooked, victimizing, foreign, inaudible

I applied for a payday loan thru a company and they were very nice and helpful. Somehow this Cash Cure piggy backed onto my info and are now harassing me for payment. I did not apply to them, only the company I am dealing with. I called my bank and had their withdrawals stopped. When I contacted them the emailed me that they got my info from a site of some kind and used my electronic signature (which wasn"t mine cause I cap my name) and deposited money in my account.

There is now some foreigner, that I can't understand, calling me at work threatening court, lawsuit and doing something to my social security number and drivers license!!! I am not going to deal mwith this, what can I do??? Can they do this and what can I do to stop them!!! I hope somebody can help. I never realized that people could do this kind of stuff. Thanks
