I have dealt with HomEq Servicing for my 90 yr old mother. They are corrupt and hide behind smoke and mirrors as they work to foreclose on your property. We have sued them and all the other companies they have worked as, for fraud and have stated a class action suit against them. We have lawsuits against them and all the other names this company has tranfered title to and hide behind. The banking industry does not care about you and does everything they can to foreclose on you. Dont even bother w / modification-its a waste of time and money. While we were jumping trough hoops for them w / our modification, they were secretly foreclosing on my mom's house. Dont sit back and wait-thats what they want.
