I would just like to say my wife and I have Homeq servicing our mortgage that is now owned by Wells Fargo. I would like to say we live in michigan and work for the auto industry. We have been laid off work cut back etc. So we called to work it out with homeq... Ya right. We asked for some kind of defferment or payment arrangements to get caught up, they sd pay what you owe then your regular payments plus 100.00 month we cant defer or do anyting.
They said pay the 2200 past due then our 1100. Mo payment plus 100.00/mo extra and they will skip a payment in 11 mos. I sd makes no sense we cant affor the payment now what can we do they sd sorry pay that plus 100/mo extra or we take house. We filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy now they want to work with us. We even before that had a realtor call to try and do a short sale they said had to be in forclousre or we dont care. Now they are in a panic because of the market we owe 15-20K more then the house is worth. I just want to say we tried to work with them, now they are going to take a major loss cause they didnt bother to work with us. I hope it costs them thousands of dollars on top of what they loose cause this compay is a bunch of losers.
