I'd a mortgage with BAC Maintenance and my home burned and was a complete reduction. I obtained a check in the insurance which was significantly more than the benefit of my mortgage. I posted the check to BAC Maintenance to benefit my mortgage and reunite the overpayment of resources in my experience. That's where the problem started, I'd to describe for them why I had been paying down the mortgage and rebuilding they to find out when they allows me to that particular. It got 2 weeks in order for them to choose it'd be okay. They reduced my mortgage after which I'd to hold back 2 weeks in order for them to choose when they desired to return my cash which was significantly more than the benefit. Then I had been informed benefit department needed to decide and benefit department explained that home statements would need to choose. Then I had been informed that I'd to obtain the cash to be delivered to me. Then I had been informed they'd to submit a demand to pay for me. Then I had been informed they'd to inform their accounts payable division who to help make the checkout to. Which got 3 times. Then it'd to become required to possess it published which requires 3 times. Obviously I'm desolate but still awaiting them release a OUR CASH IN MY EXPERIENCE.
