Problem from the beginning, raised rates without notice, charge fee for non complance even after you complied. I quite them in November and in Feb they still took $350.00 unjustly out of my account. When confronted they said it would take 30 days to return the money that they should not have took in the first place. This is a company you do not want to do business with.
