On Nov 29 I was called with an offer by this company for a credit card worth $2500.00. The agent was very aggressive and stated my account would not be debited unless I have filed bankruptcy in the past 6 months. Well knowing that I had not, I provided the information requested. He even advised me to give him an account that I knew did not have the money in it to ensure that they would not debit the account. I was then moved to verifications where another representative tape recorded the call. During this recording I added that I understood that my account would not be debitted as I have not filed bankruptcy in the past 6 months. After stopping the recording for about the 3rd time because she refused to let me say anything other than what she was telling me to say for the recording, I tried to just end the call so I verified the information. I was given a Passcode and a Verification ID# and a Cust. Service# of 877-688-2442 and a fax of 435-688-2965. The customer service number given only rerouted me back to the same guy that had called at first. I was advised I was not able to cancel this transaction at that time. I have since called back to cancel as they have debitted my account anyway and are requesting that I send them my banking statement, etc. I refuse to be a victim again by doing something so stupid. Please help me get my funds returned as well as the bank charges I have incurred. This has been the most terrible ever and it has totally devastated my finances and my life. I am a single mother of 2 and it is very hard to have money taken away from you that you did not authorize
