Late fees despite payments mailed two weeks early

They have charged me several late fees although the payments were mailed up to two weeks ahead of time. I was told several times that I was mailing my payments to the wrong address, and I was given a different address each time. Just recently they told me the same thing although the return address on the bill was on the statement.
