My checking account was robbed by Safe National of America for $35 on 12/28/10. They have a fake customer service phone number you can call - 800-587-0332. No one ever answers it.
They typed out a fake check and submitted it to my bank. For the signature, they typed "Authorization on File." My bank honored it.
