I tried using these 2 people for a home mortgage that i couldnt get thru the banks. They took a look at my financials for about a week, and then called me with good news that they could do it. I was excited and happy, and in that excitedness i didnt think twice about it. We signed an agreement, in which they slipped in a clause stating that they received brokerage payment beforehand and it was nonrefundable.
One week prior to closing i stopped getting communications from them. I called 20 times and left at least 5 messages during that week... Not a peep. They left me high and dry - not only was i out the money that i had already paid them, but i was also penalized for the real estate deal not closing. Stay away from these scammers!!
