You can remove your name off of their (CCS) mailing list by calling 1-888-884-0017. They sent me their card and there is no way I'm falling for this crap. Call 1-888-884-0017 and remove your name.

Just give your name and address and say remove me from your mailing list and they will. Don't give them any more information! Then put the card where it should be, in the trash.
