Joe Ribelli, Teresa Koger, Mark Mazey, Mike Mallis, Derek Sturt, Santos, Kelly Mortgage Scam, Bait & Switch, Good Faith Deposit of $500 stolen, Lies

Quicken Loans simply took $500 from us and $500 from my child. We each offered a "Good Faith Deposit" of $500 each "to become taken in the final charge". Bull%#. Then they change you along and declare the $500 taken care of the evaluation and also the creditcheck. Nonsense, never as caught. May document grievances with BBB, FTC, and challenge costs on charge card. To date charge card has provided me a partial reimbursement. When they do not change the total amount of the costs, I'll stop my American Express card. And certainly will visit small-claims judge (no attorney required) for that stability. It's going to charge them significantly more than $500.00 to deliver an attorney to combat you. Therefore everybody who had been cheated, please follow these actions.

They include extra final expenses, not mentioned. They attempt to gather your charge card stability and include it towards the mortgage. I've zero fund cost, why might I spend Quicken Loans this stability. They attempt to collect fees, currently compensated, for you mortgage amount.

On my daugtheris loan, they attempted to include 12,000 final costs and, 000 (twenty thousand) to pay for along her current mortgage... Why might she provide it to accelerate loans and never her existing mortgage business.

Their assessment organizations are still another laugh saturated in errors, and of course being charged to get a credit check.

I really donot care when they understand who I'm worrying when I intend to follow this. BBB & Forbes must think hard about promoting the corporation. I currently, don't have any religion in these businesses aswell.

About The wings of WorldCom, Enron, Bernie Madoff, etc., they ought to stop and desist from conning everyone, particularly within this economy. A-class action suit will become necessary... Sign 2 people up.
