EZloan protection took $30.00 from my bank account without my authorization. This put me into a debit position and insufficient funds because I had just paid my rent. The bank charged me $25.00. My landlord was upset and the bank blamed me. I don't give out my account numbers
They really messed me up. I went to the bank and covered the $30.00 so that my rent check would be good. I am in a wheelchair and this was very difficult. I want the money the bank charged me back and a letter to the bank to redeem my good standing. I also want the $30.00 returned.
How do we stop these crooks.
