Pts, through future brokerage, traded S@P contracts recklesly and in all probably, in addition to the fee, also profited from the trades. PTS also failed to respond to many inquiries, did not return phone calls or e-mails. PTS failed to honor their guarantee which provided a $5,995 refund if their system did not produce a profit after 9 months.
