US Veteran lost Savings

I served over seas for almost 5 years with the U.S. Army. Upon returning home I transferred to US Bank. A savings account, checking account, and credit card. Approximately 2 months after opening the account I receive a letter in the mail stating that my account is going to be closed. No explanation, just a number to call. I call the number and was referred to the information that was given to me when I opened the account where there is a tiny blurb stating "We reserve the right to close any account at any time for any or no reason." A few days later my credit card was declined at the grocery store. I went online to check what the issue was and saw a whopping $7000 had been charged to the card in the past 2 days and that the card was reported as "closed". When I called to inform then of the fraudulent charges I was told it was not possible to file for fraudulent charges on a closed credit card. After fighting for the past 7 months about this they keep reporting all my payments to them as late despite the fact that we are in mediation to remove the remaining charges. My credit score has gone down significantly and as a result, getting a home loan at this time is out of the question. Thank you US Bank for making my homecoming nothing less than horrible.
