Charged my account $19.95 after a failed phone number look-up

Taken care of a telephone number look up plus they were not able to locate any information on the amount so I had beennot billed the 9.95 to do this... HOWEVER i tested my account and find out they required 19.95 from my bill. I logged-on the website and ended the so-called "People Search Account " that I did so no subscribe to... I suppose we will observe what goes on the following month...
