In october we finally started receiving detailed paper bill for our home loan. We could not figure out why we have been paying 24.95 more on the loan. We thought is might have been our property taxes. When we called the company National Union Fire Insurance Company (N.U.S.I.C.) They told us that it was for fire insurance neither I nor my spouse added it we cancled it and requested to be contacted by someone from this company or give us another number where we could call. The woman explained there was no number for the company would have to write them. So I did. It is now January 6 we have still not heard back from this company. This should be illegal.

We feel we have been robbed, and violated and wamt our 499.00 back. At least the Company could have written me back with a response. This Company needs stopped and should have to refund people the money they have stolen.
