A check for a refund of an over payment to a personal line of credit was supposedly mailed to me by the bank on july 7. The check was not received nor cashed. An affidavidit by me was done at the bank on nevember 2 (per the instructions of the bank). The branch is the medlock/statesbridge office in duluth.
A second affadavit was done the same month. The bank manager and her assistant were both made aware of the situation. I closed my account dueto this and other poor service reasons.
To this date i have not received the refund!!!
