This man operates out of Aventura, Florida, while working for Cardinal Capital, company that belonged to Hershel f. Smith, convinced my to invest my life savings ($150,000.00) in another company of the aforementioned Hershel Smith, CCNET, what I didnt' know is that meither of them had a NASD license, because they were revoked or not renewed.
Hershel Smith is a director with a companynamed ADURO ASSET CO. At the presen time, this complaint is not agains Aduro in any form.
As per informtions I have received these men are still selling stocks of variopus companies like U-Karma, Lawamerica, Homevestors.
I have contacted a few other people that had done bussiness with Pronesti and their investments have not yielded a penny either.
I would not trust these men with my lunch.
