Beware of any and all dealings with Hershel F Smith Jr. He is nothing more than a con artist who has taken a large sum of our money only to find out that what he promised doesn't exist.
He is a shady character that needs to be avoided at all cost. Upon further research, he has a history of this type of scam in the past and has been banned for life for selling securities. He also been in the complaint for his past dealings.
My biggest regret is that I hadn't checked out his background! If you are considering any type of investment with this man, please do your a background check or you may end up losing your money!
