I am a chase customer.
Why are they abandoning me by saying they cant help me figure out why my 1000 payment to wachovia bank has not been received.
The payment was sent on nov 2 electronically from my chase account.
Wachovia bank says the payment was rejected because my account is no longer with wachovia but wells fargo.
Wells fargo has investigated and says the payment was never received.
Chase refuses to give me my money back.
They also refuse to do any further investigation other than to say that the payment was delivered.
I am a Chase customer and i expect a higher level of customer sevice from them!
