ECSI is just a student financial institution that gouges pupils once they attempt to settle their loans online. Should you spend $1000 together with your charge card they ask you for $40.50; but when you spend $2000 they ask you for $80. I can't think that the Medical University of Sc employs the corporation that gouges its pupils once they graduate.
