Okay, this is actually the SIXTH amount of time in the past 8 weeks we have needed to cope with this lender. They ask you for facility costs if you have profit the financial institution declaring that the cash was 'on hold and never officially there' once they can't reveal WHAT went overdrawn, that which was on-hold, etc.
Subsequently once one-fee strikes, you keep getting hit with costs for that consideration being overdrawn. We have actually had this occur once the consideration includes a good stability. They're exceptionally rude about this, WOn't reimbursement, and WOn't acknowledge it's an issue using their bank system.
It's absolutely shocking. It appears tome this is a fraud to consider customers money. Particularly if they CAn't advise me WHEREVER my cash went AND JUST WHY I'm being charged excessive costs for my lost cash aswell.
