Worked for Shiloh Feed and Seed in Melrose for over a year. Agreement was for 25% of the gross of the store at first. Within 2 weeks I realized that 25% of Zerowas still Zero! I asked for a guarantee so I could make a living. Mr. Davis agreed to a minimumof $200 unless commissions surpassed that. My Job was to simply manage his very small Feed and Seed store.
He simply refused to stock saleable stock to make the store profitable. He missed several weeks pay with excuses about not having the money to pay me. At Christmas time of 2010 I couldn't even buy my grand kids anything for Christmas so I again asked him to catch up what he owed me. He refused, I quit. To this day I have not received a penny of what he owes me. Beware of this store owner!
He does not pay his debts!
