He couldn't persuade me enough to get a three-year plan and that I plumped for a-one year strategy. I had been informed that after registering they'd deliver the plan showing the protection and despite attempting to contact them or email them, never obtained any files digital or document. Additionally I recentlyhad a plumbing issue and that I attempted to contact them. The amount 1-877-289-9818 promoted for contact is continually active. I examined their site http://www.capitalhomeshield.com / also it says under Need help?"We're experiencing some technological problems with our telephone program, e-mail questions to [email protected]."
I've attempted to deliver them a contact to no avail. Appears like they're out-of company or not answering the clients who've bought the plan. It's definitely annoying and that I WOn't suggest these men or every other Property Guarantee organization. Following this event I've attempted to check on house warranty businesses and sadly it appears like them all possess a large amount of grievances despite some of them having A BBB score. The entire company seems to be deceptive and that I am likely to document a BBB complaint against these men. That is yet another fraud.
