Brandon Lawson was not licensed when he represented Satterfield Organization. The business practices of the company leave alot to be desired as far as returned phone calls, follow through with what is comitted and then over all—being able to actually pull off what they are promising.
My perdicument was I hired them—they told me that I qualified for Making Homes Affordable—I put down a $500 deposit and was having them mod 2 properties. I met with 2 reps who said I qualified and then the loan processor who is the only honest person I've dealt with looked at my paperwork and told me I didn't qualify.
I told them I wanted my money back—you can see that is a theme with many complaints online and they wouldn't do it. This is what I recommend:
Recommendations:
File a report on this same page. Usacomplaints.com
File a small claims against them
If you worked with Brandon Lawson before June report him to Division of Real Estate as he legally cannot represent or speak to loan mods if he wasn't licensed which was the case for me. Fax your complaint to Dan Kagie at.
Good Luck—not sure how these people ripping off families sleep at night!
