Payday-Loan-Yes
Tim Atkins Made settlement, paid them by debit card, they still went into my checking account and took $270.00 which they won't return. Lied to my bank that they had authorization (which they forged) to do it

I had a payday loan with this company. Shortly after getting the loan i used Montrose Travel to book a weekend stay for my daughter at the Marriott Barefoot Landing in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. For some reason the Marriott started putting holds on funds in my account and actually withdrawing funds. I found this out after things started getting returned NSF. I contacted all of my creditors that have monthly auto drafts with. Payday-loan-yes was one of them. I talked with Marabella and explained the situation with her.

Asked if they would let me pay the loan off and waive the fees because the account was messed up and I didn't know what to do. My other creditors agreed. The only problems I had was with returned checks. Marabella said she had to talk with her manager and see if they would allow that. She then told me they would do it if I could pay with a debit card. She said they would waive the fees and I could just pay it off but wouldn't be able to do another loan. I told her that was fine with me. I made arrangements to pay by debit card.

However, Payday-loan-yes then put funds on hold approximately 5 separate holds. I kept calling them and was told that they would refund the money to the account as soon as they got a printout from their bank that the money was actually taken from my account. They released a couple of the $350.00 holds but made withdrawals in the amounts of $105.00/$105.00/$30.00/$30.00 which they didn't return. I have called, sent e-mails and the like. When I talk with Marabella she just says she doesn't know why Tim won't return the money but he is the manager.

I made a claim with my bank. They said they would have to contact the merchant and see if they would pay the bank back if they reimbursed me. I just got a letter from my bank with a fake computer generated authorization this company is saying they received from me in August. That is a forged document. I didn't give them authorization to do an ACH. I don't know where to turn at this point but can't afford to take another hit like this. I need your help.
