Two years ago George Bloom signed a contract to repay a $65,000 loan for "down payment assistance". He was going to purchase a retail center and refund my money within 6 weeks.instead he bought "shell corporations" and only returned $10,000. After hundreds of attempts to get my money back, all I get are lies and empty promises. I have five children still at home and I need my money back. I don't know how he sleeps at night.
