I signed up for a payday loan and this company took my banking information and charged me $99.00

I would like to have this usa credit charged fully for the inconvienence of taking my banking information and charging me $99.00 in the event of me needing cash and using a pay day loan website. This has caused great ordeal and needs to be taken off of the internet and i want my money back
