Basically I was contacted by a couple different payday advance companies that claimed to be able to advance me 100 to 500 dollars on a short term loan until my next payday. After agreeing to this short term loan I provided my account information for the funds to be deposited into my account and was advised that information would also be emailed to me. The next day I only saw an ACH Debit on my account for $149.95. Not only was my account wrongfully debited but I am now having to recover from two NSF charges and credit issues that have the potential to stick with me for a number of years. I was already short on money when the company offered to loan me some cash on a short term, but not only did they not loan me anything, but they took $149.95 from my account. I have filed a fraud claim wh my banking institution and I will be actively looking for other people that have suffered from the same company's dishonesty and wrongful charges.
