I can not access citi-bank https://www.na. Citiprepaid.com / to see my account exercise. I talked with client function five times and every time they appear to be reading from the software leading me to resetting our code. I keep telling them its not a code issue. Following the 5th period worrying, they tried to login from their system and received the same concept.

They told me to use again again in 48 hours... Which was 3 days before.

For this day i can not logon to check my account. They mentioned i will call them for transaction details.
