I bought an automobile in September from the dealer and borrowed it through Cit Auto Economic. With Citi, I'd no problems, the client support was excellent and that I had practically nothing to complain about. Well a year ago, CIti offered my mortgage to Santander Consumer US. From there on, issues simply switched from excellent to horrible. I can not record onto their site, their website does not identify my current email address to reset a code, after I attempt to decide up, it claims my consideration has already been fixed up but I can not login. Upon calling customer support, I get hung-up on by their automatic program 4-5 times after which after I ultimately achieve somebody, they're inexperienced.

Throughout funds are suppose to-go towards curiosity (like in most additional loans I remove), nicely not with Santander.
