Ripoff, not heard anything

I sent a check for a gold card thru First National Credit. My check has been cashed but i have not received a card. My check cleared on November 13. It was supposed to be shipped priority mail within 3 business days. I have not heard anything from them thru the mail and i have no way to contact them other than thru a letter because i have no phone number.
