It has been a while since I have read or posted on this site. It is sad to see all of the new posts from the many being victimized by this evil corporation. If you are just figuring out that Fairbanks is fleecing you. There is a forum there where victims come together and provide advice and support. All the stories are the same. I've been fighting these criminals since May when we attempted to refinance. I'm still fighting, hoping someday they will fix all the crap they have done to our credit and our lives. Hopefully, the settlement with HUD & FTC will make them change, but I won't believe it until my mortgage is with another reputable lender. That will be my Independance Day.
