Logged a call with Homeserve on Saturday NOVEMEBER 27th - 12 days ago for broken boiler. My boiler is still not fixed - day 12.. I have moved out of my house as its been coldest winter for years and I have no hot water or heating. I have been paying premiums for some 3 years.
