Non-applied payments, lost receipts, fairbanks imposed legal fees, forebearence agreements lost. Sound familiar? Hopefully to those Fairbanks Capital victims that it does ring a familiar sound to, I PRAY someone will come forward with an avenue of pursuit before Dec. 30.
Thats the date Fairbanks Capital wants the Grand Forks county sheriff to sell my home. Oh, incidently, Fairbanks has requested a Letter of Dispute, and they've "assured" me that once they have received it, they will contact their attornies, Machoff and Kellog in Dickinson, N.D.
Supposibly, the sheriffs sale will be retracted within seven days, after the receipt of my letter. I am headed for my HUD office on Monday, hopefully my pleas wont fall on another set of deaf ears. Retain an attorny? My finances dont allow for that luxuary.
