This company has taken over our mortgage, which is current, and has been current for the past 7 years.in the past 4 months since they have acquired our mortgage, we have had to deal with them 2 times each month just on their receving payments. Now they are insuring our home even though we have insurance on it, and have dealt with them twice in the insurance matter in the month. Still, they claim they have no proof of insurance. Just today I have spoken with LBPS customer service representative, Mr. Sutter, and he has deferred me to the insurance company that they have a policy with. I will work with this Monday, December 6; and yet again I feel that the company's apathy and ill management will cause me to take legal action. I take this step to complain, hoping for some additional assistance in this matter.
