Monthly charge of $9.95

I've been charged $9.95 on 2 occasions today from the corporation bbv rebategiant. Used to do not authorize these costs! I've tried to call now on several occasions and have been on holdover 20 minute both instances. There information is a cycle of bad music and once in awhile a pre recorded message occurs declaring you can leave a note. Communications haven't been delivered possibly!!
