FBFS is a company that sells home and auto insurance besides other things. I bought my insurance with them. A year later they inform me that in order to continue my policy, I had to pay a membership fee. Wow, what should I expect on the second year, surrender my first born to them?
This lack of disclosure of their company's policy is unethical and perhaps illegal. I'm currently talking to a lawyer about this matter to see if they broke the law.
My advice to you, be sure you GET IT IN WRITING all the fees you have to pay before you sign the policy.
This company is owned and operated by a bunch of thieves.
Don't do business with them. They're a rip off.
