Smc. It has been dificult to find any of the employees that signed me, to do as they promised

I have been signed up for the total package with smc. I have received materials such as catalogues discount coupons etc. And nobody has advised as to what i sould do with them. Nobody has lived up to what they promised. They have charged my credit card in the amount of $9690.50. I do think this company is a reputable business, however i question some of the people i talked to. Names can be supplied upon request by the officers of this corporation. Thank you for this opportunity.
