TCRM issued a LOI and stated there was a lender willing to do the loan, but required a $5,000 good faith deposit. We sent the money. After over 90 days, with little to no contact. No phone calls returned, emails answered, we demanded our money returned. They refused, and still refuse to return the money. We have asked for the lender that was going to fufill the loan, they would not provide any lender. We don't believe there was ever a lender, just a scam to extort money from trusting people to get a loan preformed. NEVER trust TCRM—they will steal your money with no recourse.
