I dont know about you guys, but dont you think that Mr. Du Pont and Mr. Waikiki Jr. Believe in a "NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT"? Hmmm... Perhaps not... I mean seriously? Mr. Waikiki Jr. Needs to be a bit more discreet about who he talks to and where he takes and shows and leaves his paperwork just lying around. Another day, another victim... And believe me, I will continue to post here until the victims receive JUSTICE!!! So, here we are on another day, different time...
Main people involved:
1. Nelson Waikiki Jr.
Mr. Waikiki Jr. Claims to be a graduate of Harvard University, however records indicate that he attended UH-Hilo and never completed school. He also claims to have a B.A.in Engineering, retired after 22 years in the Military with extensive Military Water Development, City rebuilding projects in Iraq and Afghanistan; claims to be in heavy negotiations with Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estate, Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, West Maui Land, Makila Land Co. Among others; Mr. Waikiki Jr. Has stated to have land control and that he has taken every measure to insure longterm legacy for himself and his partners (Investors/Victims), he also stated that the Water Project is at its final stages with Congress and that Congress is the final stop. Claims that he completed a trip to Washington DC to attend a hearing at the US House and Senate to amend his company (Opunui Water Co. LLC.) with approved permits on water for the entire State of Hawaii and that EVERY developer and private land owner will be required by the State of Hawaii to follow the process of law approved by the United States Congress to contact Opunui Water Co. LLC for ALL water usage;
2. Steven Christian Du Pont (legally DUPONT)
Please read complaint on Steven Christian Dupont. Also, evidence gathered on Mr. Du Pont points to him as being the "BRAINS" of their schemes. (More on him at a later time)

10 Maui Council Member Mike Victorino (UNCONFIRMED, Mr. Waikiki Jr. Claims that he authorized Mr. Waikiki Jr. To start drilling for water in the Hana District, also stated to Mr. Victorino that Mr. Waikiki Jr.'s team can provide the expertise required to be approved and the financial backing leaving Maui County with no liability among others, in exchange for a "Letter of Purchase" by Maui County)
11. Former Mayor Mufi Hanneman (UNCONFIRMED, Mr. Waikiki Jr. And Mr. Du Pont claims to be a college buddies of Mr. Hanneman and that Mr. Hanneman sponsored Mr. Waikiki Jr. To be his next Director of Water Supply for Maui if he wins Governor, also claims to have worked for the Hanneman Campaign)
12. Governor Elect Neil Abercrombie (UNCONFIRMED, Mr. Waikiki Jr. Claims to have the full support of the Abercrombie Administration of his companies of water supply, also claims to)
13. Senator Daniel Akaka (UNCONFIRMED, Mr. Waikiki Jr. Claims to be the nephew of Senator Akaka, and claims to have the full support of the Akaka Administration)
14. DLNR Maui Employee Daniel Ornellas (UNCONFIRMED, Mr. Waikiki Jr. Claims to have the backing of DLNR and claims that Mr. Ornellas authorized Mr. Waikiki Jr. To have "Water Rights" as well as the Water Metering throughout all of Maui)
15. Lt. Chad Viela (UNCONFIRMED, Mr. Waikiki Jr. Claims that Lt. Chad Viela of the Maui Police Department had given Mr. Waikiki Jr. The full support of the Maui Police Department towards his claim over Water Rights and the backing of Maui Police Department in Opunui Water Co.)
16. Micheal Szymanski (CONFIRMED, at one point he was listed as the lead negotiator for Opunui Consulting (Opunui Water) and Street Search Advisors (Du Pont's Company)

7. Clay Sutherland (CONFIRMED, Mr. Waikiki Jr. And Mr. Du Pont have often used his name in hopes of legitimizing his claims of lands and water rights, Mr. Waikiki Jr. Also states that Mr. Sutherland supports and validates Mr. Waikiki Jr.'s claims and states is his attorney)
8. Jack Naiditch (CONFIRMED, Mr. Waikiki Jr. And Mr. Du Pont have retained his services according to State of Hawaii records. Mr. Waikiki Jr. And Mr. Du Pont claims that Mr. Naiditch is their attorney and supports all aspects of their companies. Mr. Naiditch filed the LLC articles on behalf of Mr. Waikiki Jr. And Mr. Du Pont)
9. David Sereno (CONFIRMED, records indicate that both Mr. Du Pont and Mr. Waikiki Jr. Extensively seek the services of Mr. Sereno. Mr. Sereno is supposed to handle ALL negotiations for Opunui Water Co/Mr. Waikiki Jr. Against West Maui Land Co.)
10. Cary Virtue (CONFIRMED, Mr. Virtue's involvement regards a confirmed $25,000.00 wire transfer to a Mr. Jeffrey Podesta (Criminal/Investor / CEO of Street Search). The money was for Mr. Podesta to pay for city permits in New York for a Montessori School that Mr. Dupont's girlfriend at that time wanted to open. She gave the money to Mr. Du Pont because Mr. Du Pont stated to her that he can get the permit process going, so she gave Mr. Du Pont the money, in which Bank records indicate and confirm that Mr. Podesta received the transfer. When MPD confronted Mr. Du Pont, Mr. Du Pont (DUPONT) lawyered up before answering any questions, the investigation is still pending)
