Utterly disappointed. My boyfriend and I went to Margaritaville in Waikiki and let me tell you there is nothing worse than an understaffed restaurant on a Friday night. We waited over half an hour to get seated and when we finally did get a table, we waited and waited just for someone to take our drink order!!! The waiter (who was friendly) eventually took our order and when he brought the food out%u2026. It was lukewarm, yuck! The nachos were soggy, probably from sitting waiting to be brought out. I had high hopes for a Jimmy Buffett%u2019s Margaritaville after reading good reviews but it seems like the place has gone downhill since those reviews were posted. We felt ignored and totally ripped off! My advice is to avoid Margaritaville and spend your vacation dollars elsewhere!
